Mr. Tran Tuan Anh shared that TicketAI was born from a very simple idea: to help people buy event tickets more easily without having to run to the ticket office to queue, and sometimes having to buy at very high prices. As of 2016, TicketAI has served more than 6,000 events of all sizes, partnered with about 700-800 event organizing companies in Vietnam, and even has ambitions to expand operations to some Southeast Asian countries such as Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia...
